Teachora – Institute Management & Academic Workflow SaaS Platform

Teachora is a role-based institute management SaaS platform designed for engineering colleges and higher education institutions. The system provides structured access for principals, administrators, teachers, and students while maintaining strict institution-level data isolation and secure authentication. The platform centralizes academic operations including course management, class structuring, academic year configuration, subject allocation, and teacher assignments. Administrators and principals can configure institutional hierarchies, assign faculty to subjects and classes, and oversee academic workflows in a controlled environment. Teachers are empowered with tools for attendance tracking, smart scheduling, assessment creation, and performance recording. Attendance records are structured per academic year and class, ensuring accurate lifecycle tracking of student academic progress. Assessments unify homework, tests, and evaluations into a single structured performance module. Students gain real-time access to attendance data, assessment results, and academic performance summaries. Performance insights combine attendance metrics and assessment scores to provide a comprehensive academic overview. Teachora includes invitation-based onboarding for teachers and students. Accounts are securely activated via token-based invitation flows, ensuring controlled user provisioning without exposing public registration endpoints. The platform architecture enforces strict institution-level data scoping, preventing cross-institution data access. Role-based access control ensures that principals, admins, teachers, and students can only access permitted resources. All queries are institution-filtered and permission-aware. Built using Expo (React Native + Web) for cross-platform deployment, Appwrite for authentication and database services, Redux Toolkit for centralized state management, and deployed via Netlify (Web) and EAS Build (Mobile), Teachora demonstrates a scalable education SaaS architecture designed for real-world institutional workflows.
